What is your shipping Policy?

Shipping Options for Originals:

Option 1: For a $50.00 Shipping and Handling Fee, I will carefully remove the canvas from its stretcher bars, and ship via FedEx Insured, in a tube. You can then take it to your framer to be put back on stretchers and or framed.

Option 2: Ship as is, on stretcher bars via FedEx Art Box, Insured. $200.00

Shipping charges for prints are charged by size automatically by the print vendor.  

What is your Policy on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds? 

A refund will be offered in the first thirty days on any original work, minus $200.00 for handling. If the customer exchanges the work for another piece of equal value, the handling fee is waived. All works must be in the same condition when returned. The customer must ship the work back and assume return shipping costs. The same shipping method must be used to insure physical protection of the work. Customers need to use FedEx Art Box to return the work, and must take care to pack it in the same secure way they received it.
