The example below is a commission I did for a couple who have property on opposite coasts. Their property in Maine is in Yarmouth, at Madeleine Point. When they are not in Maine they live on the west coast. They wanted to have a painting to remind them of their beloved Madeleine Point. When I met with the client, she went through my work and picked out her "favorites" and the colors that she loved. We talked about her and her husband's bi-coastal life and how they eventually wanted to end up in Maine. This is the work that I truly love. Being able to use my art to bring to life something that is very personal and special to my clients and make it uniquely theirs. 

This painting, "Boothbay Morning" was proposed by a client in Boothbay, Maine, who has a private dock and fishing canoe that is his go to place to escape. He had an absolutely stunning photograph that was just perfect on its own. His request was, "Can you just do this....but in your style?" And of course I obliged! This was an absolutely fun piece to do.
